1Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Monster Tech International ("MonsterSweeps", "we", "us") [company registration details]. They cover www.monsters.win, the MonsterSweeps play site at monstersweeps.net, our apps and related services (the "Services").

By creating an account or using the Services you accept these Terms, our Official Sweepstakes Rules and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2Who Can Play

3Your Account

• One account per person. Duplicate or shared accounts may be closed, and any balances or prizes on them may be forfeited.
• Your details must be true, complete and kept up to date, and the account must be in your own legal name.
• Keep your login private. You are responsible for activity on your account; tell us right away at support@monstersweeps.net if you think someone else has used it.

4Identity Verification

We verify your identity once before your first prize redemption, and we may ask again where the law or our risk checks require it. We may ask for a government ID, proof of address and a selfie. If you cannot complete verification, we may withhold redemptions and close the account. See the Privacy Policy for how this data is handled.

5Virtual Currencies

The Services use two kinds of virtual currency: [name of play-only coins, e.g. Gold Coins], which are for entertainment and can never be redeemed, and [name of sweepstakes coins], which are given free and may be redeemed for prizes under the Official Sweepstakes Rules.

• Virtual currencies have no cash value, are not your property and cannot be sold, traded or transferred.
• Buying play coins is optional and never required to play or win. Sweepstakes coins are never sold; any included with a purchase are a free bonus.

6Sweepstakes and Prizes

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Free ways to get sweepstakes coins, how prizes work, odds and limits are set out in the Official Sweepstakes Rules. If the Rules and these Terms conflict on a sweepstakes matter, the Rules apply.

7Redemptions

• Prizes are paid through MonsterPay to a digital wallet in your own name, matching your verified account (Chime, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, Google Pay or Apple Pay, where available).

• We never ask for your wallet PIN or one-time passcodes.
• We may delay or refuse a redemption while we investigate suspected fraud, abuse or a breach of these Terms.

8Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• use bots, scripts, exploits or any automated means;
• collude with other players or abuse promotions, referrals or bonuses;
• use someone else’s identity, payment method or wallet;
• use VPNs or other tools to hide your location or get around eligibility rules;
• harass other players or our staff.

Game results are random. No strategy, pattern or system can predict an outcome.

9Responsible Play

10Promotions and Referrals

Promotions, the daily Fortune Wheel, XP tiers, the VIP Club and the referral program each have their own published terms, which form part of these Terms. We may change or end a promotion with notice where the law requires it. Referral rewards are capped at [referral cap].

11Our Content

The Services, the MonsterSweeps name, logo, designs and software belong to us or our licensors. You get a limited, personal, revocable right to use them for your own entertainment. Game titles and artwork belong to their studios.

12Third-Party Services

Wallets, payment providers and game studios are independent third parties with their own terms. We are not responsible for their services, though we will help you resolve problems where we can.

13Disclaimers
