These Official Sweepstakes Rules ("Rules") govern sweepstakes play on MonsterSweeps. They form part of the Terms of Use.

3Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 or older, excluding residents of [excluded states] and anywhere else the sweepstakes are prohibited.
  • One account per person. Employees of the Sponsor and its affiliates, and their immediate household members, are not eligible to win.

5How to Get Sweepstakes Coins for Free

You can get [sweepstakes coin name] free of charge in any of these ways. Every method gives the same chance of winning per coin played.

  • Daily Fortune Wheel: one free spin every 24 hours in your account.
  • Free mail-in request: send a handwritten request to [mailing address] with [required details, e.g. full name, account email, address and a unique code shown in your account]. Each valid request receives [number] coins. Limit [number] per envelope; [any additional limits].
  • Promotions: free coins may also be given through promotions under their own terms.

6How to Play

Sweepstakes coins are played on eligible games in your account. Coins won through play may become eligible for redemption once they have been played through at least once, as shown in your account.

7Prizes and Odds

8Verification and Redemption

  • Before your first redemption you must verify your identity; see the Terms.

The Sponsor may cancel, suspend or modify the sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure or any other factor impairs its integrity, with notice posted here where the law requires. Malfunctioning games void all plays and pays.

11Disqualification

The Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the sweepstakes, uses automated play, opens multiple accounts, gives false information or otherwise breaks these Rules or the Terms. Prizes on disqualified accounts may be forfeited.
